Long Time Gone is a reflection on the mystery of “the People” that created and dwelled in the cliff houses of Mesa Verde. Where did they come from? How did they build these amazing habitats? Where did they go and why did they leave? I am fascinated by the stories behind the places created by human hands and the inevitable decay that nature imposes on them. That idea is the focus of much of my work.
