I find beauty in the cast-off elements that seem to surround me: re-purposed plastic materials, brilliant hand-dyed fabrics and Over-dyed clothing, and miscellaneous fibers. Working in an improvisational manner I play with color, light, and movement to celebrate the jazz and gypsy swing music that inspires with me.
Electrical current is conveyed through powerlines to transport power and energy. As individuals we have the power of creativity, light and hope to transcend color, race, creed and all else that divides us.
